Support Veterans as an Event Vendor

Oklahoma Freedom Flight events are made possible by the dedication of our community – veterans, families, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors who come together to honor and support those who have served. By applying to be a vendor, you have the opportunity to share your products and services while helping us carry out our mission: ensuring every veteran experiences the recognition and gratitude they deserve.

If you are interested in participating as a vendor at one of our upcoming events, you can apply online or by mail. If you are interested in participating in multiple events, you will need to submit one application per event. Applications will be reviewed by our team, and, if you are selected to participate as a vendor, you will receive additional details and payment instructions.

Please Join Us for our Annual Fundraising Gala. This event kicks off our Fundraising Season. For Oklahoma Freedom Flight 2026 has so much to bring! We like to start it off in Style surrounded by the best people we EVER, and that’s YOU!

If you know or live with a Veteran you know how special they are. We pour our Heart and Souls into everything we do so that we can make every Trip to Washington DC Better than the last. We always take our job seriously.

This event will be a formal attire event. We will be bringing you into a world of Good Food, Live Music and Dancing. Following dinner we will have a Live auction all while welcoming you to help raise moneys for a superior cause. Parking is free and Tickets are available online or in person.
